SUCCESS STORIES & VALIDATIONS

I receive success stories all the time from people who have watched my reviews or have had questions answered by me and because of that, they have successfully made the transition to vaping or continue to vape.

I also receive some very nice emails from folks who thank me for what I do. I very much appreciate these as well.

They give me the encouragement and the pat on the back that validates what I’m doing and makes all the time and effort involved worth while.

These are my trophies proudly displayed. This is what it’s all about. This is why I do what I do.

To those of you who have written me and allowed me to post your stories… Thank you!
To those of you who need encouragement… I hope some of these stories give you what you need.
To me… These give ME encouragement to continue doing what I do. So I THANK YOU again!

Comment: Good evening. Just wanted to say I enjoy the reviews and the
solid info you spend so much of your time helping all of us with. Lou
Ritter hounded me for a couple years to try vaping and drop the analogs. I
wish I had done so much sooner then I did but they are gone. I can safely
say that I go to your reviews and only Lou for true unbiased information
and neither of you have steered me wrong. I have become the middle man to
many of my co workers on vaping and the reviews that you post and the
information that you provide is priceless. So Thank you sir! Keep up the
awesome work… Do you ever make it out to Arizona/Cali area for vape meets
or such? I have talked to Lou about putting something semi Local in place.
We live in Sedona Arizona 1/2 way between Flagstaff and Phoenix. Vaping is
starting to take a hold here and its rather exciting. Thanks for your
time.

Hello Phil,

I apologize if using your first name seems a bit straight forward, but I have
watched your videos enough that I know that its not Pete. I smoked for about 10
years of my life and despite trying to quit numerous times it just did not work out
the way that I had wanted it to.I was introduced to vaping at a mall kiosk a couple
years ago and thought the idea of ecigs was great, but at that time i just did not
have the ability to invest in it .

I came across your videos last year on YouTube, along with on other gentlemen and
between you and the other reviewer, you have both been a tremendous help in guiding
someone like me into vaping, and helping my finally find something that I know can
help me kick the habit that’s been with me for so long now. I recently went through
somethings that have pushed me back to tobacco for I’m hoping a short time, but once
I can get those things straightened out I hope to be back to vaping full time for the
rest of the foreseeable future.

I don’t want to take too much of your time, so basically all that I wanted to say is
thank you, its just some simple words, but when I say it, i honestly mean it in a
situation like this. Your a fantastic resource for someone like me who has not been
vaping for as long as I wish I had been able to, and with all of the things popping
up out there its amazing to have a review out there like you who is always honest
about their experience with a product. Dimitri said it best in one of your most
recent videos when he said that your an asset to the community, and I don’t think
that can be overstated.

Thank you for putting all that hard work into making your videos, and keeping people
like me informed, entertained, and just doing what you do because its helped me out
a great deal. Once I can get back to vaping I reviews like yours are in my opinion
the best way to help people newer to this make informed, educated choices.

Thanks allot my friend.

Dear PBusardo (I’d say Phil, but it somehow doesn’t seem right, lol),

I’m sure you receive such emails all the time, but I’m not in the habit of writing them, so bear with me. To put it short, I wanted to thank you for the effort and care you put into your reviews of vaping products and for your contribution to the vaping community.

From being a 20 a day smoker for 25 years, and trying to quit a number of times, I started vaping on December 30 2012 after buying a cheap ego manual battery, some generic juice and some knock-off clearomizers (mainly because I’d received some bad advice and didn’t know any better). Despite an inauspicious start, I then found your videos, read up lots on your site and ECF, and was both entertained and informed by your thorough, careful reviews. Two months on, I have stayed analog free, and have upgraded to a Vamo, and a carto tank set-up using Boge LR SC cartos, and a great pyrex tank from a Scottish vendor called alba-vapours. I was watching your Fluid Flask video (to use it for directions) when I set the tank up for the first time – what an awesome resource hidden amongst the commentary.

I might well have gone back to analogs if it wasn’t for the helpful and informative vids you do, which explained to me why I was having issues, and pointed me in the direction of kit I could be using to improve the vaping experience and stay analog free. So a very big thank you!

Please keep up the good work – I’ve already directed a friend to your vids, and I’ll certainly be pointing any other would-be vapers in the direction of tasteyourjuice.com in the future.

Sincerely,

Jim

Hey Phil,
Feels odd usin’ your first name, but hey…..been watchin’ your videos for weeks now so
I feel entitled.

Anyway, just wanted to say THANKS! for the time and effort you put into everything. It has helped me a lot. And this is coming from someone who was never a smoker. I sorta fell into vaping as a means of coping with my medical condition. I had a complete gastrectomy about 2 years ago due to a rare stomach disease that is most quickly described as “pre-cancer” or “cancer-lite.” It’s called Menetrier’s Disease. And that’s not a typo, although if you search for it, google will try to auto-correct it into something else.

Anyway, no need to waste more of your time just talking about my own sorry state of affairs. To vaping! Vaping is a way for me to experience flavor without eating. I’m a big food guy. Like ALL kinds of food. But, now I have to “graze” and be very careful about what I consume. Vaping lets me enjoy flavors that are mostly off-limits to me now.

And your reviews and videos have REALLY helped me to find the right equipment and juices. So thanks for the hard work, and keep it up!

Jason

Dear Phil,

I wanted to thank you. I’ve been 7 months now analog free. I must say it has been
so much fun having you along the vaping journey, why with all the information you
provide, and the reviews, how could you not enjoy it? You make it so much fun!

I do own several device’s now, but finally purchased a Satin Blue Provari V2. OMG!
What a gem of fine craftsmanship,, or piece of crafted art, I choose to say. When I
went on the Provape site to order it, I was glad to see I could get the original
version, as I did not care for the new knurling in the 2.5 Ver.

I know I had made the right choice after realizing that you provided a “How To”
video on there site on its operation. My face lit up with a huge smile, and a sigh
of relief in a way, knowing you were there to help me. I can’t say thank you
enough.

I am in Love! I guess I have joined the many who have posted there reviews that
starts with those four words. I am so thankful that the industry listens to
reviewers like you and others out there, so that we can get the best vape experience
possible from all the products out there in this industry.

I know I won’t stop buying other stuff, why? Its fun! Now, if you could convince
Provari, to add variable wattage to there internals, that would be really
suhhhweeettt…..lol.

Thanks for who you are. Pbsuardo!

O.K. So here is my story. I’m 67 and smoked cigarettes for 48 years.During this time
I tried to quit times beyond count. Tried cold turkey, nicotine patches, gum and lozenges all to no
avail. Never got past 2 days. I can’t tell you how many times when I was driving, got furious
with myself, crushed the pack and launched it out the window, only to stop at a store 2 hours
later and get another pack. Same thing at home, threw out the cigs and ashtrays, and then bought them
again a day later.

Quitting smoking is a TOUGH deal. How tough? This tough: 3 1/2 years ago I had a
heart attack and was flown to a hospital in N.Y. state. They operated and put in a
stent. While there, the nurses noticed that my chart said I was a smoker and asked
if I wanted a nicotine patch. I said no and they asked why.
I said because they were useless and never helped me quit. When they released me I
couldn’t wait to get to the car and smoked 4 cigarettes on the way home. That tough.

I continued to smoke for another 2 years. I had seen the banner adds for
e-cigarettes many years before, but figured it was just another scam. Finally
though, I clicked on one and for the first time it began to dawn on me what they
were really all about, and that this might be my last chance. So I ordered a kr808
kit. When it came, I knew from the first moment I picked it up and puffed on it that
this at last was the answer. I quit cigarettes in just 6 days. 6 DAYS! As of this
writing, I have been smoke free for 1 year, 9 months. Not 1 cigarette, not 1 puff.

Many people think nicotine is the main obstacle in quitting, but they are wrong.
Sure, it has something to do with it but it is nowhere near to being the main
problem. The main problem is this:

Smoking becomes a part of your life, exactly as eating does. I enjoy eating and i
really enjoyed smoking.

You sit down, light up a smoke, relax, and for a few minutes the world and all its
problems go away. You loosen up, relax, tension fades for those few minutes and IT
FEELS GOOD.

E cigarettes work for me and for thousands of others because it allows
me to go through the same motions as smoking. You pick up the e-cigarette, pretend
to light it, you puff on it, you see and feel the vapor, you relax, you go through
the same motions as smoking and it FEELS GOOD. The difference being, you don’t burn
anything, you don’t inhale over 400 chemicals, 60 or so being carcinogenic. The FDA,
the pharmaceutical companies, the tobacco companies should be handing these things out for free, if they really
cared about smokers health. For some strange reason they haven’t done this.

OK, so that’s it. I would encourage anyone who seriously wants to quit smoking to
give e- cigarettes a try. It may be your only chance. Anyone who reads this can
freely reprint it and use my real name:

Damn you Phil Busardo! Damn you to hell! Since watching your reviews I have
purchased a Provari, a Prive-Special tank, a HH .357 and a Z-Atty Pro, you have cost
me a fortune! Oh, and that nifty little 9mm drip tip I saw in the Ikarus Hybrid
review that you didn’t mention and I had to track down through google.

I kid of course. Seriously, just joking, it was well within my financial means to do
so, and though I have yet to receive the Z-Atty, I have been more then satisfied
with each purchase.

I was a heavy tobacco smoker for 11 years until six months ago when a friend turned
me on to vaping. I began my learning experience with a single eGo-C Twist and
Stardust style clearomizers and haven’t looked back since. After saving hundreds
(not to mention my lungs) I decided I was ready to step up my game, but I was lost
and felt overwhelmed by options. That’s when I found your reviews and got on track.
You were right in the Z-Atty Pro review when you said “for many of us vaping has
become a hobby”, and it’s one I am very excited to have. You provide a great service
to the vaping community, and are entertaining as hell while doing it. I felt it was
only right to stop by and sing my praises; Thank you Phil, you are a brilliant
guiding light in a dark and complex maze. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Thanks again,
Alec

Hi Phil,
I am a fairly new vaper, just past thirty days or so (really I have lost count,
analogs have no hold over me anymore!). I have a vaping mentor, Jon Helton, that
has introduced me to the world of vaping and paid forward a lot of great info,
wisdom, and goodies…Anyway, one of the first places he sent me to to get
schooled up on things before my first vapemail arrived was this site
(tasteyourjuice). I’m sure you are busy and I’ll keep it brief…THANK YOU for all
you have done and continue to do for the blooming vaping world. I joined a fairly
local facebook group (St Louis Vapers) and they are a very good-natured,
enthusiastic, informative and supportive bunch, already over 200 members and
growing by 5-10 a week. As such, when the new vapers start to ask questions, I
always steer them here or to some of your youtube reviews. Keep up the good work,
myself and so many others really appreciate it.
Much gratitude and respect,
Jamie

Hi Phil, just wanted to say hi and that i’ve discovered your website and
review vids via Youtube. Keep up the great work you do. I was a pack a day smoker
for the last 18 yrs and since i picked up the Blu starter kit (2 weeks ago today) I
am proud to say I’m no longer a smoker. 🙂 However i quickly learned that what i
bought was designed to put it nicely is good only for casual/social smokers. I have
a Vamo V2 kit on order from vaporbreak.com with shipping cost me less than the blu
starter kit. Vamo V2 with 3 batteries and charger was $52. It made me wish i would
have shopped around more first but as they say lesson learned. When i first got the
blu cigs and vaped all the juice from the cartos i bought a 5 pack of classic
tobacco while waiting for my e-liquid to come in from vixenvapors.com. now im
refilling my own cartos till the VAmo gets in along with the CE5+ clearos come.
I’ll be sure to leave a comment on how my setup performs on your vamo review. Thanks
for taking the time to read my email sorry if i was too long winded but i needed to
let you know i appreciated your work and share my story with you.

Phil…… I would like to start by saying thank you for your site and the
work you do reviewing and talking to everybody as often as you do. You have to love
a hobby that you can enjoy this much. I was introduced to vaping about a year ago by
one of the guys that work for my company at a different location. At the time he was
using the volcano lava tube v1. I thought that was a little much to start on and
purchased a Njoy at a local gas station hatted it.. lol but it did get me
interested.. so not knowing anything other than volcano from him I got a inferno
starter kit.. i was hit or miss on it i enjoyed the flavor from dripping but hatted
the hassle of keeping a bottle with me all the time. so i went for the tube tank
from vol 1st carto was like a pool and i sucked juice all day long.. purchased new
ones and they were dry i was so over it.. A few weeks ago I stumbled onto you from
your review of lavatube vs2 I have been here and learned so much ever since.. I have
boba’s bounty and you are right it is mighty good and picked up the vivi nova tank
and it is amazing. I have gone from a pack a day smoker to a few a day. and
hopefully soon i will be all vapor.. going to order the new lava tube tonight in
fact and give some var voltage a whirl.. I have watched the vid’s on the pro V and
the mini pro looks really great but I was so over click 6 times click 9 times stuff
just watching you do it. lol.. Any way keep it up I love watching. Brian.
