I receive success stories all the time from people who have watched my reviews or have had questions answered by me and because of that, they have successfully made the transition to vaping or continue to vape.
I also receive some very nice emails from folks who thank me for what I do. I very much appreciate these as well.
They give me the encouragement and the pat on the back that validates what I’m doing and makes all the time and effort involved worth while.
These are my trophies proudly displayed. This is what it’s all about. This is why I do what I do.
To those of you who have written me and allowed me to post your stories… Thank you!
To those of you who need encouragement… I hope some of these stories give you what you need.
To me… These give ME encouragement to continue doing what I do. So I THANK YOU again!

Phil,
Back in early 2012 you had a contest for a jazz cartopipe. In this contest you asked for people to send you story’s about a loved one who smoke a pipe that could use this to get off of cigarettes. I sent in the story about my father and you chose him. I am happy to say that my dad no longer Smokes a pipe.
He is a happy vapor he has moved in to the VV/VW realm now and passed the Jazz Cartopipe on to someone else that could use it.
I just wanted to thank you personally for all that you do for the vaping community. Not only did you help my dad but you helped me. Because back when I first quit analogs I would watch your videos and other vaping videos whenever I was at home and craving an analog. Those would keep my mind off of the desire to smoke a real cigarette.
Thank you, Jimmy

Hey Phil, just wanted to say thanks for all the reviews you do on all the
ecig products that are out there. Even though I don’t base all my purchases on
reviews by one person, I’ve found your reviews to be the most thorough.I was a 1/2 a pack smoker and a 1/2 a can a day dipper for the better part of 20
years (I’m only 35, I started early, lol). I started my vaping journey with a
little 650 ego and a ce4. I knew there had to be something better out there, but a
trip to a little B&m left me with more questions than answers. So I took YouTube.
I think I watched all your vids. From the pt2, to the russian91/ kayfun. I even
found the review of the POS interesting. Long story short, I now use a ProVari with
a authentic Russian 91%. Even your tutorials on how to make micro coils helped. I
currently use a 1.3ohm 28ga coil. Made myself of course, 😉Anyways, I just wanted to say thanks for all you do for the vaping community, from
veterans to newbies alike. I’ve been tobacco free for 6 months thanks in part to
your reviews. Keep up the good work!Anthony

I just wanted to say thank you very much!!! I got to watch your video from Skyvapor. That was awesome and you’re a very lucky person. It goes to show how true, genuine, and generous of a person you are for sharing that with so many of your fellow vapers. I’m a fan of Deadliest Catch as well and would love a chance to see first hand life on a crab boat. I was a two pack a day smoker and a friend introduced me to vaping and to your website. It has helped me so greatly and I have not had an analog for over a year now, Thanks to the help I have gotten from your videos and information. I wish you and your beautiful wife a long and prosperous life together.
Thank you

Dear Mr Busardo,
I am now a proud owner of an iTaste SVD VV/VW device!
I am taking this short time and e-mail to present some complaints, some cursing and a recommendation towards your person.
My complaints:
– Are NONE!
Cursing:
– You, good Sir, are a funny S.O.B. (no offense meant) which has the most informative and complete (enlightening also) reviews. all of us in my kinda small vapers group (about 25ppl) take you in a serious manner when it comes to product acquirement!
Recomendations:
– Please, please keep up the good work!
Now that this is done I’d like to thank you in a more serious way. you’ll probably go through the previous e-mails and see what I’m talking about but I decided to buy the SVD instead of the vamo v5 for the looks and since my sweet spot is around 9 to 10W i’m really happy.
My SVD has the correct button placement and screen orientation as well as the fire button bug fixed!
(well, it’s over a year since the review… would be odd if that was still the case)
Hope u don’t take the cursing too seriously 😀
thks again!
Best regards!Gonçalo

Hey Phil,
I wanted to thank you for all of your time, money, and effort expenditure in
providing us all with consistently great information. I am a Ph.D. neuroscience
student and work at a vape shop part-time. Your videos have given me an opportunity
to guide hundreds of people (including my principal investigator) away from tobacco.
Although I’m sure many devices you’re asked to review are becoming exceedingly
redundant (see: mech mods), please know that you are quite literally changing lives.
The view counts on your videos represent a very small drop in the ocean. On behalf
of those you have directly or indirectly helped, including myself, I want to extend
my sincerest gratitude. Keep up the brilliant work.Regards,
– Jesse

Just wanted to say that I am sorry I missed you out here at Sky Vapor last
night… thought it was next weekend and realized only after working a 14 hour
shift. Regardless I wanted to say thank you. 13 months Cigarette free and almost 3
months now nicotine free… not sure I could have done it without your help. Rocking
the VAMO V2 with the Kanger Aerotank, making some sweet clouds with Deadly Sin from
Good Life Vapor.

Hi, My son wants me to contact you with my story. I smoked 17 years. For
about a year I suffered lung infections at least once a month. They were bad
infections. My 3 doctors warned against quitting smoking as I also have problems
with nerves. The pills for that would have far worse side effects. I found vaping
after my daughter prodded me to try once again. I did. That was 6 moths ago and I
report that my doctor is happy I can use a safe thing like Nicotine instead of far
worse drugs for my nerves and a delivery system without the harmful effects of
smoking. My doctor is now recommending Vaping to people in my position…My nerves
have gotten better so it may be the cigarettes that didn’t help that.

Hey Phil! Just had to tell you how much I enjoy watching your videos. My
wife and I quit smoking last October. I was smoking 2 packs a day and my wife
almost 1 pack. I’m 43 and couldn’t believe how poorly I felt. We have 4 kids and
it was getting to the point Weber it seemed to be a lot of work to play and have fun
with them. Not to mention going ooze to smoke and when we travel we’d have to stop
for some breaks. My wife uncle quit smoking and started vaping with the help of
Mister E liquid. I looked into this whole vaping thing and we’ll here we are loving
every minute of it! Like I said I have learned so much from you about vaping. I
purchased a kayfun lite + and a Stingray by JD Tech that I love. I love the
flavor! My wife has a VTR with the iclear 30s and some cartos. Deadly Sin is the
bomb! Thank you so much for all you do for the vaping community. I hope to one day
shake your hand and say thanks man. P.S. Happy birthday!
Happy Vaping, Paul and Heather

My name is Harry and live in Sweden. I recently found your YouTube channel while googling for vaporizer reviews since I’m new to the vaping scene. I’d like to begin with giving you props for your amazing work! Your channel is by far the best and most informative channel when it comes to reviews and I have spent hours and hours watching your videos in order to learn more about the scene and I’m a big fan of your “number section”!
I’ve been smoking for 20 years and like you I have been feeling the downside to smoking for quite a while. I’ve known about eCiggs for a few years but I only knew about the cigarette lookalikes and didn’t find them interesting. By “accident” I stumbled on someone posting a pic of a MOD on Instagram and since then I’ve been hooked! 3 weeks ago I got my first eCigg (I don’t like the term and prefer the term vaporizer) and like you, I went cold turkey and haven’t looked back. I’ts by far the best change I’ve done in my life!At the moment I’m using the Ego-T with the CE5 Clearomizers and even if I’t does the trick, it’s just the beginning for me. I’m looking to get at least 3 different types of devices. Two for carrying with me and 1-2 for using at home. Right now I’m trying to figure out my next step and I’m using your YouTube channel for guidance.
Once again, thanks for the amazing work you are doing and I’m looking forward to following you!
Best Regards
Harry

Phil,
I found your site while starting and getting involved with vaping to try and help me
to reduce my addiction to cigarettes, this past Tuesday had been my 11 week of not
smoking. I started vaping with a ego kit and a couple of flavors of e liquid back on
Thanksgiving weekend on 2013. In January one day I decided that I was not going to
smoke anymore cigarettes about two week after that I got the urge for a cigarette I
lighted up figuring I would get the satisfaction that I remembered of the cigarette
hanging out of my mouth and the pleasure that I remembered, wow was I wrong it was
the nastiest thing I could have imagined and after the second attempted puff I put
it out in an ashtray and haven’t had one since, I won’t say I do not have the
concessional urge for one more I would say the feeling of holding a cigarette in my
mouth with my lips, that sound so wrong lol. But I have progressed to some
mechanical mods and a itaste SVD and a Siegeli ZMAX 3 and am very happy to know that
I am not inhaling all the harmful toxins that are in a cigarette as I smoke it. I
am glad that this option exists and yet am scared by the moronic speech of all the
politicians trying to ban the devices and the e liquids that may end up saving my
life from one of the multiple disease that are attributed to cigarette use. My
question for you is beside make more videos you rock and I check each week for new
videos, is is there some place that I can go that takes the data that these
politicians spew from these different studies and breaks the reports down into basic
understandable info that a normal human can understand and not something that make
my brain hurt that is the CDC survey report on school age kids using cigarettes and
personal vaping devices. I think that the industry and users need to get away from
using the term of e-cigarettes and e-cigs so that this can not be used against us,
and I know that it is a easy term for the companies that make product like blu and
green cig to market to smokers but it was maybe not the best thought out plan. Well
now that I rambled on way longer that planned . I just would like to say thanks
for all the great info and comedy you provide on your site and in your videos and
from a proud to say hopefully continuing ex smoker who smoked for 27 years prior to
trying vaping and finding a way to give up the cigarettes at the age of 44 and
knowing I have a long battle to stay off them. Thank you for all the encouragement
you give in each and everyone of your videos and maybe one day I will have the honor
to meet you at a vape meet somewhere.
