I receive success stories all the time from people who have watched my reviews or have had questions answered by me and because of that, they have successfully made the transition to vaping or continue to vape.
I also receive some very nice emails from folks who thank me for what I do. I very much appreciate these as well.
They give me the encouragement and the pat on the back that validates what I’m doing and makes all the time and effort involved worth while.
These are my trophies proudly displayed. This is what it’s all about. This is why I do what I do.
To those of you who have written me and allowed me to post your stories… Thank you!
To those of you who need encouragement… I hope some of these stories give you what you need.
To me… These give ME encouragement to continue doing what I do. So I THANK YOU again!

Hi Phil,
Had an interesting occurrence today that made me smile, and thought you may enjoy it as well.
I stopped into a eatery today for some lunch. There were several ladies working behind the counter. I ordered my food and waited as usual, normal everyday situation.
However, when I went to pick my food up, one of the ladies behind the counter asked me what my shirt meant. It took me a minute to process this question. I had forgotten I had chosen to wear my “vaping saved my life” shirt from casaa.
Once I realized this, I told her that I used to smoke for 20 years, and vaping helped me quit. I told her that there’s a lot of misinformation about vaping, but it is 95% safer then smoking, and if they knew anyone that smoked that is unable to quit, tell them to try vaping, and they could help save a life also.
It took about 5 seconds for that to come out of my mouth like I had rehearsed it for an hour. But in all actuality, it was the first time anyone had asked me about my shirt. That single possibility that someone somewhere might try vaping, to quit smoking, made buying this shirt, the best bargain I’ve ever gotten.
I just thought you might get a kick and a smile from the “shirt billboard” situation I had. Once again thanks for all the advocacy and information you and dimi provide.

Just looking at the finale of the Smoker´s Show and it´s brilliant as always. What you do is really fantastic and you never give up despite what happen´s. I follow the development in U.S. with interest, maybe now more with horror. How money rules, how money is of only importance.
I live in a country, doing what most western countries do. Living between the scare of who is going to react the most, the stock exchange or the voters. In the end it´s all about money. Be it healthcare, schools or caring for the elderly. Or the smokers… Sorry about the rant.
I just thought you maybe want to know where vaping is in Sweden right now. The difference with Sweden, maybe also Finland, is that we have been vaping for more than 300 years. It is called Snus, in the 18th century called ”Snuff”. Governments, and Kings, through out the centuries always knew that taxing tobacco was a great idea in whatever form. In later years our scientists realized that it wasn´t the nicotine that killed people, it was the tar an the burning of tobacco leafs that caused lung cancer. So, enter Snus. It was the most effective way of getting people of cigarettes and it was easy. We have been “snusing” for centuries and it is also about taxation. Raise the the tax of cigarettes and keep the tax of snus. We now have at least 30 different brands of snus with all sorts of different flavours. Not the peach/melon but give us time…
So, we try to inform of the dangers of smoking, inform of the less harmful alternatives in a objective way and try convincing our next generation that neither smoking, vaping or “snusing” is cool. In Sweden we have decreased tobacco smoking since the 80s and from 2006-2018 smoking we went down to 7%. Today, 2020, we are nearly reaching 5%. And Sweden now have the least number of people dying of lung cancer in Europe. Of course I realize that snus has been a part of us for a very long time and cannot be a solution for other countries but Vaping can! We have to keep struggling because vaping is the answer. There is no other.
As a side note, in the 1994 Swedish European Union membership referendum Sweden had one demand that was really crucial and it was the exception of the ban on snus that the EU implemented. The Swedish government knew this and so did the EU. A demand to ban snus in Sweden, as it is in the rest of EU, would had endend in a no vote! Period. We are a proud nation of the European Union but without our Snus? No way!”
Kind Regards

Hi Phil (and Dimitri), Don’t usually do this but just wanted to say what a great job you’ve done with the Zlide. I’ve been vaping for 7 years and hadn’t really taken much notice of what is currently available but my daughter & son-in-law finally decided to give vaping a go so I needed to find them something not too expensive (or big), easy to use and reliable. I ended up getting them a Coolfire Z50 kit each and it is perfect! You’ve thought of everything!
I’m in the UK and started vaping in 2013 when the EU TPD was in progress (threat of medicinal licence & 4mg nicotine) so had to advocate from get go. We are doing OK in the UK now but I am watching the US situation with disbelief and hope it improves for you all. I continue to do everything I can to support vaping and it feels never ending doesn’t it? – I still have to complain regularly to the media here about disinformation and ignorance.
For me (smoked for 38 years) it has been a miracle. It often feels like a losing battle but then I remember how many people vaping will help avoid serious smoking related illnesses and death. My husband never tried vaping, I couldn’t persuade him. Then he got throat cancer and had a laryngectomy. He now breathes through his neck and can’t smoke or vape. As you can imagine this keeps me focused and very grateful to everyone else who also keeps advocating even when it seems pointless and exhausting. I suppose what I’m saying is thank you for the kit but also for everything else you both do, Kate

I am 43 and was a smoker for over 25 year’s. I found your channel when I started vaping and it was so helpful and entertaining that I tell anyone about it when they need help. My girlfriend now watches you too and she has gone from smoking a pack per day to almost nothing. She still struggles when she gets stressed out and let’s ++it gets the best of her. She has been dealing with some serious medical issues for the past 2 years which we haven’t been able to find any medical solution for so it has been really tough so I can’t give her to hard a time when she gives in.
My 68 year old mother who was a smoker for over 50 years (she started back when she was just a teenager) had also been cigarette free since May 5th 2020. She uses the Blu ecig in tobacco flavor. I am so proud of her and I don’t care what she uses as long as it works for her. I have tried to give her some other alternatives but they all seem to make her have that cough reflex and the Blu ecig doesn’t. She enjoys your videos too. So you sir have done a lot for my family and loved ones when it comes to quitting smoking. I just wanted to say thank you.

I started vaping in early 2012, dropping a pack a day (at least) habit. Marb or camel menthol and a big ‘ol Burl Pipe was my thing back then.
I’ve heard over and over and over in the last few days more bullshit from people out in public about vaping than I’ve heard in the last couple years. I’m not afraid to correct them, I’m not afraid to use my words to prove them wrong. I do it on the daily.
In August 2011 my pulmonary function was ~10% normal adult function, I was in the process of getting approved for supplemental oxygen, getting tested for sleep Apnea and other medical conditions.
By the beginning of 2013 and one full year of using vapor products, I had recovered to ~95% lung function. Multiple tests were performed at the same hospital over that year. Peace health in Bellingham, WA.
My risk of heart attack and lung cancer are that of a non smoker. My COPD and Asthma are well controlled without the use of anything except a rescue inhaler once in a while. I’m not constantly sick now either.
I don’t want to hear ANYONE say that “vaping is bad for you, it’ll cause popcorn lung, that thing is gonna blow your face off, those things are worse for you than cigarettes“…. or some other Bullshit that has been posted about by media, pseudoscience idiots, fear mongers, uneducated public and those paid by big pharma.
Don’t get me wrong, there are risks involved, there’s risk in everything we do. You take risks walking, biking, running, even eating and drinking.
This also isn’t for everyone. It doesn’t work for everyone. If it works for you, great! If another stop smoking aid works for you, great!
I am living proof that vaping saves lives! I have met some of the greatest people on this planet by being an activist and a vaper.

Comment: Hey Phil,
You are the reason I quit smoking about 8-9 years ago, we always had the same taste for juices, devices (Boge cartomizers come on they rocked!!) and mods. I want to thank you for all your reviews because I liked what you liked I kinda tend to go with your opinion.
I am rocking the kroma-R and the Ares-2 for a few days now coming from a kayfun lite, yes you heated it right, the kayfun always was my favorite in flavor and I’m so used to it. The Ares-2 may even be better (convenient).
Anyways I don’t want to bore you with my already too long of a mail to just say Thank you for being here for me and the community and I love you and Dimi, specially what you both do to contribute to the community.
Regards,
Hamdi

Phil and Dimi love watching the smoker show, just by chance I found it on youtube. My journey started about two years ago. Walking up a set of stairs started to become difficult. I tried quitting multiple times with different methods, the pills, gum and patches. So one day my friend and myself went into a local vape shop, neither one of us knowing anything about vaping. They sold us DL kits with 3mg nic. He went back to smoking and I picked up a Vype in a gas station about two years ago. My friend is still smoking and I’m still vaping. I left the vype behind and now I’m using an innokin Zenith Pro on a Kroma R. I’ve learned a lot watching your Smoker’s show. I want to thank both you and Dimi for what you do for smokers very much appreciated.

Thank again Phil without the help of Innokin products and the fantastic Zenith tank I would never have been able to quit.
I smoked for over 19 years tried multiple times to quit but was always unsuccessful. I tried all from gum to patches always failed but with the Zenith tanks being extremely user friendly it made the transition a breeze for me.
Feeling fantastic I’ve converted at least 5 people to vaping and now I finally got my wife of the cigs also and on the vape train with us.
I’ve been vaping for 19 months now love all my Innokin devices! So user friendly and well built. I’ve ordered the Ares 2 tank waiting patiently for it to arrive.
I got my wife using the Coolfire mini and the Gala shes 8 weeks of the cigs now doing fantastic.
Thank you Phil! I enjoy watching the smoker shows and your reviews. Unfortunately I don’t get to watch it live due to time zones.
Would love to see the unsalted liquid range reach the shelves in Ireland.
Wish you and yours all the best during this pandemic. Keep up the fantastic work you and Dimitris do and thank you once again!

Hey Phil, here is my “confirmation” email. Thanks for doing these contests, but more importantly THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!. You had a very big hand in my quitting smoking. I’ve been watching you for about 3 years(?) now. I found your videos when I first thought about vaping. Quit smoking after 24 years (you helped with that) and started vaping after watching your videos.
Thanks again
Travis

Hi Phil, First I want to say thank you for helping my dad quit smoking. He has been following you for 10 years and actually met you in Vegas.
He is very grateful but I am expressing my gratitude because his 60th birthday is coming up and I don’t think he would have made it unless he quit when he did.
I also have quit because of the knowledge he shared with me, that he learned from you, Dimitri, and Grimm Green.
Really, just thank you again for helping my dad be around longer for all that love him. I hope your staying safe and thanks again.
