CAULIFLOWER PATTY RECIPE AND A MESSAGE FROM MOM BUSARDO!
By popular demand, here is the recipe for cauliflower patties (with some comments from the peanut gallery, AKA ME!) as mentioned in the Smoktech Telescope review!
Do you have any idea how difficult it was to get this recipe? Italian Moms don’t measure ANYTHING! They just do it all by taste, feel, and by using The Force.
Trust me, even if you HATE cauliflower, you will love these… and if you don’t… taste is subjective! 🙂
MOM BUSARDO’S CAULIFLOWER PATTIES
- 1 firm head (is there anything better?) of cauliflower…broken apart and most of the stems removed from the flower, but leave about ½” of stem….Discard the core
- Steam… until extremely tender or boil…I personally steam it (then why would you even mention boiling?)
- Place in colander and cool…… squeeze out excess water
- Place in a large bowl and add: 1 egg, about 1 cup of bisquick, salt, pepper and a handful (see, I told you they don’t measure!) (about ½ – ¾ cup)of Italian, grated cheese, ( locatelli romano)
- With impeccably clean hands (very good Mom, you should mix juice!) ….just smush (that is a technical cooking term) everything together… If some of the stem pieces seem too big, just cut them up….If it seems too dry, just add one more egg…If you want to taste test…put some on a microwave oven plate and just heat up for a few seconds, just to be sure of the seasoning (How are they supposed to know what it’s supposed to taste like if they’ve never tasted them before? And “seems to dry??” You should have supplied a technical support number!)…..I just taste, test it raw, been doing that for years, (again, they do everything by taste!)…. Hasn’t killed me yet (Phew!)
Now, these can be fried..(that was my mom and grandma’s way, back in the day)….. but now I generously spray a cookie sheet, & I mean very generously with Pam….. (trust me… fry them, they’re better that way, but if you must…)
Now there is no way to measure, cause I just drop them off a tablespoon and press down slightly with a fork….You can see in the picture (great, now I have to supply a picture) they are not too big and not too small, I would say about 3” across . Place in 400 degree oven…..for about 20 min. or until nice and golden brown, flip and do other side….when that side is done, remove from tray, re-spray and start all over again…..but with one recipe (double the recipe, you’re going to want more!) you should fit them all on one cookie sheet. I hope you all enjoy one of Our Family Favorites!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of you Vapers out there for the support and kind words everyone has to say about Our Son Philip (oh God, here we go) ….He definitely is a person who jumps into opportunities that he enjoys with all his heart and soul…..I might also add….he is truly entertaining (I’m blushing)…sometimes a bit long winded (MA!), but that’s just him being him….With such an awesome following, it’s really very easy to see why he enjoys what he does so very much…..Happy Vaping Everyone…I might say….I too have been vaping since July!!! I don’t know all the technical terms, and I’m constantly reminded to read the necessary topics (you could watch a review or two!)…..but…..I don’t!!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to All…
Thanks Ma! Love you! Now go watch some of my videos and learn the terms! 🙂

A PBusardo Review – Sigelei Z-Max

Post Review Follow-up:
- The finish on it, although stainless, does pick up tiny scratches quite easily.
- 1/7/13 – My original Sigelei Z-Max V1 (no eGo cone threading) bit the dust during the Battle Of The Bottoms for reasons unknown. RIP. Note that it had very little hours on it.

THE MONKEY HAS LAUNCHED!
You may know him CJ The Vaping Monkey, an E-Cig Reviewer, a sexy Filipino, a member of the Vape Team, or Dimitri’s bitch.
I know him as a friend, a hell of a nice guy, and a fun guy to hang around.
I originally thought he was coming out with a juice line, but it looks like he’s taken the full plunge head first into vendorville. Here is his new site and it looks terrific!
I wish him the best in his new endeavor! Look for a review from me soon on his Monkey Juice!

Just heard about a new e-cig auction site that it up and running.
Could be helpful to you. Check it out: CoreVape
HOW LOW CAN YOU GO? APPRENTLY EVEN LOWER!
Last week I posted what I thought was the least expensive Genesis style RBA atty I’ve seen. This week, thanks to Sheldon, I’ve seen cheaper.
It’s the Vulcan – Rebuildable Atomizer Tank available from Sure Vapes!
Again, no experience with this one. Just a heads up.

Special thanks to Orion for the cap and Gary from VaporHeads for the V1!
Post Review Follow-up:
The more I vape the Z-Max next to the ProVari, the more I sense a little “harshness” in the vape. This is probably due to the frequency and V-Peak it’s hitting at. This will probably not be noticeable to a newer vaper, but a more experienced vaper may notice it. It doesn’t affect my overall thumbs up, but it is something to keep in mind.
