THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) RECEIVES A LETTER…
Just one of the interesting outtakes from this letter…
If the WHO gets its way and extinguishes e-cigarettes, it will not only have passed up what is clearly one of the biggest public health innovations of the last three decades that could potentially save millions of lives, but it will have abrogated its own responsibility under its own charter to empower consumers to take control of their own health, something which they are already doing themselves in their millions.

A sincere THANK YOU to all involved! Please feel free to share!
Second Call to Action for FDA Proposed Regulations – Consumer Comment on Paperwork Reduction Act
It’s Political: Impromptu Roundtable @ Delaware Vapor in Newark, DE
From Dimitris (thanks for allowing me to post!):
Dimitris, Phil Busardo, Andre “The Knockoff Greek”, Michael “Field of Vapor”, and Andrew from Delaware Vapor discuss the current happenings in vaping politics, including NJOY’s foray into flavors, the FDA regulation, and how vendors and vapers can support advocacy groups to prevent overbearing regulation on e-cigs and vaping gear.

30(+) AMP BATTERY TESTING
I ran some tests on a few of the newer 30(+) amp rated batteries:
- The Sony VTC4 2100 mAh
- The Sony VTC5 2600 mAh (not on their site yet)
- The Efest 30A 2100 mAh
- The Efest 35A 2500 mAh
Big shout out to JJ Vapes for supplying the batteries for this testing.
These cells were all discharged and charged again several times (the same amount of times) prior to testing.
Note that I have some of the new Orbtronic SX30 cells on order to add to this test.
I ran two tests. The first is a discharge test. None of the batteries were able a constant 30 Amp draw without dropping below the cutoff voltage for the test. So the test was adjusted to 20 Amps. (Yes, I was surprised by the Efest 35A’s performance here as well).
You can click on the graphs below to see them larger.
The second test is a constant load of .2 ohms.
Take from these tests what you will as performance of these cells appears to be very similar. However, to the (my) untrained eye, it appears that that VTC5 did better on the discharge test and the Efest 35A did slightly better on the .2ohm load test. For my money, I’d go with the Sony VTC5 cell.
If anyone has more insight on the results of these graphs, please contact me.
Note that I can’t speak to the safety of one cell over the other.
DELAWARE VAPOR, A BIT ON THE INNOKIN LILY, CLK!, & DRV, + THE LAST CONTEST WINNER ANNOUNCED
In this video we take a look at the Delaware Vapor B&M, talk a bit about Innokin’s latest round of products… The Lily, The CLK!, and The DRV, and we announce the last contest’s winners!
What I COMPLETELY forgot to mention in this video were the street prices on the Innokin products. Since they came directly from Innokin, I did my standard Google search and quoted the prices from the first stores that came up…
The Lily – $64.99 – From Craving Vapor
The CLK! – $49.99 – From My Vapor Store
The DRV – $78.99 – From Misthub

A FAST AND EASY SURVEY ON E-LIQUID FLAVORS…
Clair Padilla is a graduate student and a fellow vapor working on a research project. She’s agreed to allow me to publish her results here so let’s help her out with this survey.
I’m pretty sure I know where she’s going with this one. 😉
Very fast and very easy to do.

A LITTLE HELP FOR WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Although we have our own issues here in the states, I wanted to show a little love for Western Australia…
Legalise the sale of Personal Vaporisers in Western Australia.
Short Summary
– A recent court appeal win by the Department of Health has ruled that no Personal Vaporisers (PV – or e-cig) are allowed to be sold within Western Australia.
– The ruling includes all PVs – meaning everything from “cig-a-likes” through to high end “mods” are included in the ban.
– The ban on selling PVs is total – including both private and commercial sales.
– Cigarettes are legally available for sale in Australia to adults (18+ years old).
– Approved “NRT” products (mists, patches and gum) are freely available for sale in Australia – they are displayed on supermarket shelves.
– This petition requests the Minister responsible change the laws to allow the legal sale of PVs.
