After 4 years of vaping I can tell you both – THANK YOU!

I did quit smoking in January of 2009. At that time I was 209lbs (at 5″9′), had some
bad cholesterol and high blood pressure.

I did change my lifestyle completely, meaning healthy diet, lots of activities and
quit smoking in favor of gaping…

2 weeks ago, the corporate I work for (Edible Arrangements) signed me up for
Extended life insurance. I was petrified… Vaping at 2.4 nic would probably show in
the blood work.

I received my results and… “You’re qualified as the highest tier, non smoking
healthy as a horse power machine”.

I was stunned… Today I’m 30, 166lbs and couldn’t be more happy vaper, thanks to you…

My name is Chris and I was a 2pk a day Marlboro red smoker for
23 years.I would like to take this moment to thank you for all your encouragement on
kicking the analog habit.I truly love smoking.I didnt want to quit smoking,But I
just got tired of coughing in the morning and I coughed so much and so hard I would
literally see stars.I quess the smell was really my major reason my wifed started
sleeping in another room,My kids wouldnt have much to do with me cause I always had
a cigarette in my mouth.I watched youtube looking for music and came across your
video on backwoods brew with the security guard.I never laughed so hard.That was the
turning point.I started watching more videos on vaping,So I decided to go on the
hunt for pv,So I purchased a Blu disposable it was tasteless and Im a chain smoker
so it only lasted 3 hours.Then I came across a video of Arno from Awesome Vapor and
they are about 70 miles from were Ilive in Georgia.So my father n law and Idrove to
Awesome Vapor and tried there juice and wound up purchasing a Ego T. Well after
about 3 days my Marlboros started tasting nasty and stated craving ejiuce and seen
your video on Heathers Heavenly Vapes and went to there website and noticed they
were only 15 miles from me so I ordered a sample pack and fell in love with their
juice.and also purchased me a bolt and love it.I have been analog free for 3 months
now and the coughing in the morning has stopped and I can taste and smell again,But
most important my wife and kids are around me alot more,and Im not killing them.So
thank you again for taking your time to help people like me change and motivate us
to better health.and please thank your wife for understanding your dedication to

I just wanted to give you a big thanks for all the great work you’re doing for the
community.
I was a pack a day smoker since I was 12 and never had any success with quitting.
Most likely because I really loved smoking.
For the last couple of years, one of my friends tried to get me on the ecig because
it worked great for him. I always said no to it for 2 reasons. 1. I didn’t see it
working for me, seeing I never succeeded in quitting before. And 2. I’ve suffered
from depression and anxiety / panic attacks for 11 years and I was frankly to scared
to try them out because of all the bad press from the government and such. And a
cigarette always helped me to calm down when I got a panic attack too.
Then I started having difficulty breathing when being on my back or when I was out
walking and that got me looking onto all of this.
I started looking on the Web within the vapor community and started to form an idea
for myself about all this. My friend of course picked up on this and asked me to go
with him to work one day (he works at a vape store) and I did. While I was there I
decided that I might as well try it out. So I bought an ego v6 and some 18mg juice.
When I walked out the store I was still skeptic but I thought to myself… Let’s see
how many hours I can go before my next smoke! Well… That’s 2 months ago now. I was
smoke free the minute I fired up that ecig! And I couldn’t be happier.
After a couple of weeks I could sleep on my back again and walk without being out of
breath. And I started to enjoy the taste of food again (maybe too much! I’m sure you
know about that :-P) and biggest of all (at least for me) my anxiety attacks and
depression periods is significant less frequent !! It’s amazing!
So now, this is actually starting to be a hobby for me, and all your videos got me
trying out different stuff.
I bought a Cube after watching your reviews and have also required myself a vamo.
And recently i started on cartos! Vaping just keeps getting better and better.
Also, I got my 3 brothers and my mom on the vapor as well and even bought them a
vamo too 😀
If it wasn’t for your contributions (as well as grimm grenes) i probably still would
be with a ce4 type of Clearo not getting the best vape I could 😛 (and spitting
juice everywhere).

Just wanted to congratulate you for all of you posts on You Tube and your very informative website. It’s your professional delivery, “down to earth” style, honest opinions and your comments on also being on a vaping journey, that really make your Tubes the most interesting out there. As a smoker since 17 and smoking a pack a day for the last twenty years (a “pack” in Australia is 30 cigarettes), I was recently diagnosed with severe arterial disease in my legs (attributed to smoking) and told by my surgeon to either quit, or expect a life expectancy of 8-10 years. Have tried every single anti-smoking aid out there and failed miserably … simple reason, I love smoking, smoking has been so much of my life. Then I stumbled upon your site and started vaping a month ago. Still a “newbie”, but this has completely changed my life … haven’t smoked a single cigarette since and quite frankly have never felt the need or desire to. This is truly such a wonderful technology … I just wish our Government would stop “sitting on the fence” and promote this for exactly what is … a safe and great alternative. So awesome work Phil and appreciated you take the time to do this valuable service for everyone out there. Thanks Marek

Phil…Today is my one month anniversary of switching to electronic
devices!!! I was a smoker for 31 years…yes 31 freaking years and nothing worked to
get me off of them. I tried a e cig a couple years back but of course it was one of
those cheap ones and i thought…pffft, these things are just a gimmick. I was just
messing around on youtube and ran across Amanda of The Vape Team videos which lead
me to their show and then to your videos and your site! I didn’t know a thing about
all of this stuff and it REALLY helped me understand where to start, what to buy and
it changed my life…even though i didn’t like it i had accepted that i would keep
smoking until i died..which would most likely be far earlier than it should be.

On March 18 i went to my first e cigarette store…i had seen them but why would i
bother after my first experience?…they sat me down and helped me get a device that
would match my smoking habits. It was a Ego Tank starter set and was affordable for
me to try it out and if it didn’t work like you and the Team had posted i wasn’t out
much…I have only had 1 cigarette since because late one evening i ran out of
juice…and man it was nasty!!! I couldn’t believe i actually thought i liked these
things for so many years! I was at the store the first thing in the morning and
waiting at their door for them to open! LOL I then went on to a Vamo and a Itaste
MVP and some carto tanks. After watching allot of your videos i have now went on to
the Genesis atomizers and a Mechanical Mod…the RSST and the Electronic Angel which
i love!!! I had the same epiphany you had! It is such a huge difference it
performance. Hopefully i wont turn into a Mod junkie like you and Demitris…Hah!!!

I just wanted to share my story with you because if i hadn’t ran onto your videos
which are really great and informative…i wouldn’t have made the switch…How can i
fully express my gratitude to someone who has changed my life? I have a 17 year old
son and “surprise” 8 year old twin girls and now i will be able to be a part of
their lives for so much longer.

So how i express my feelings? All i can say is this…I hope by sharing my story
that you understand just how much you are truly helping other people change their
lives through your passion….and in this world…what could be more fulfilling?

Hi Phil,

I just wanted to say thanks. I will be smoke free for 3 months this week, and I owe
a lot of my success to you. I was very hesitant to try carto tanks, you walked me
thru that and I have been using them for 2 months now. I am so much happier with
them over clearomizers. Recently I have started trying to get the hang of genesis
style atomizers. I got my first wick and coil going tonight on my DID clone thanks
to you, and I am really enjoying it.

Anyways, thanks so much for your reviews and tutorials. You and ECF are where I
point people that are trying to make the switch to vaping.

I just wanted to thank you for the great information you provide in your blog. I’ve only been vaping and off the cancer sticks for for just over 2 weeks, and I have found your site invaluable.
Within 2 weeks I’ve escalated from a Blu starter kit, (not a great product, but got me off the smokes), a Joye 510 starter kit with PCC, and now a Joye eGo-C Twist.
After smoking a pack a day for 27 years, I have no urge to go back to smoking.
There’s just so much information out there, it gets overwhelming for a noob like myself. I wish I had found your site sooner.

Thanks for all you do. I have recently quit smoking 52 days off the
analogs. A big reason for me has been the access to your and others reviews and
unadulterated opinions. I should say a big reason would be for my health and my
pocketbook like I believe all of us have started off. Did not take long to move
through carto’s, atty’s, and genni’s, but I am sure glad I did. Needless to say,
“This is exactly what I have been looking for for 17 years.” I knew it after the
first puff on a crappy gas station ecig. Thanks again brother, keep it up!

Phil,
I am sure that you hear a ton of praise for all that you do and it is well
deserved. I did however feel compelled to write in and tell you that I would not
have been able to do this without some of your reviews. I am a mental patient with
a rather sever disorder. I also have 7, yes 7, beautiful daughters. Two with the
same mental disorder as me and one with Autism. I was a 2 1/2 PAD smoker and tried
more times than I care to count to stop. The funny thing is I also use to have a
sever dependency on cocaine and found that rather easy to just walk away from. My
question to you though is this. I have seen you and several others with the
provari and I will never even be able to think about purchasing one. My kids take
up the vast majority of the finance budget. You have tried many things on many
different price levels and have a better understanding than even the forums seem
to offer at times. They tend to all push most of the high end mods and things. I
do enjoy my AGA T and have to try and keep the coils in range of what my device
will push. I have an eGo twist at the moment. So is there anything with in a very
limited budget that you, THE MAN, could recommend. Any help at all would be great
and much appreciated. I am trying to find a better vaping experience as I want to
stay off the analogs. Thank you, Christopher

Hi Phil, Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all you are doing
for the vaping community. Your reviews led me to start with ego twists and now I’ve
moved on to a Vamo. I don’t know if I would still be vaping without the knowledge
you provide in your videos. After five months of vaping while still smoking, the
Vamo seems to have finally done the trick. I’m off tobacco. Once again, when I was a
little confused about VW, I found your 2013 intro to ecig tech video that answered
all my questions. Thank you so much! I hope you realize how much you are helping
people with the work you do.
