I first would like to say hi and thank you very much for helping a entire
family quit analogs.First it was me, then came along hubby, mother , step dad, brothers(2) ,sister and
my niece.I started watching your videos in Mid Jan and had my last analog on Jan 30 th 2013.
When my family asked me how I quit I would direct them to you. Let’s see the years
added together of my family smoking analogs.. Mom. 66 years, step dad 52 years ,
sister 38 years, me 35 years, brother 30 years, brother 2 about 28 years and lastly
my niece 14 years. Oppps forgot hubby. 28 years Around 291 years !!!! Wow lots
of bad smoke!!
Easter day was so nice not having a plume of smoke in my house. We sat down had had
a Dr Phil show watching a few of your videos then exchanging and vaping each others
E Juices.We all are using Ego twist at the present time with vivi nova tanks. I am staring
to watch more of your videos explaining APV ‘s and RBA’s If I don’t watch a video
a day I go through Dr. Phil withdraw not analog withdraw!!!Again Thank You from the entire Smith, Self, Balko, Wiggins and Lint families.

I did quit smoking in January of 2009. At that time I was 209lbs (at 5″9′), had some
bad cholesterol and high blood pressure.I did change my lifestyle completely, meaning healthy diet, lots of activities and

Dear Phil
My name is Chris and I was a 2pk a day Marlboro red smoker for
23 years.I would like to take this moment to thank you for all your encouragement on
kicking the analog habit.I truly love smoking.I didnt want to quit smoking,But I
just got tired of coughing in the morning and I coughed so much and so hard I would
literally see stars.I quess the smell was really my major reason my wifed started
sleeping in another room,My kids wouldnt have much to do with me cause I always had
a cigarette in my mouth.I watched youtube looking for music and came across your
video on backwoods brew with the security guard.I never laughed so hard.That was the
turning point.I started watching more videos on vaping,So I decided to go on the
hunt for pv,So I purchased a Blu disposable it was tasteless and Im a chain smoker
so it only lasted 3 hours.Then I came across a video of Arno from Awesome Vapor and
they are about 70 miles from were Ilive in Georgia.So my father n law and Idrove to
Awesome Vapor and tried there juice and wound up purchasing a Ego T. Well after
about 3 days my Marlboros started tasting nasty and stated craving ejiuce and seen
your video on Heathers Heavenly Vapes and went to there website and noticed they
were only 15 miles from me so I ordered a sample pack and fell in love with their
juice.and also purchased me a bolt and love it.I have been analog free for 3 months
now and the coughing in the morning has stopped and I can taste and smell again,But
most important my wife and kids are around me alot more,and Im not killing them.So
thank you again for taking your time to help people like me change and motivate us
to better health.and please thank your wife for understanding your dedication to

Hi Phil.
I just wanted to give you a big thanks for all the great work you’re doing for the
community.
I was a pack a day smoker since I was 12 and never had any success with quitting.
Most likely because I really loved smoking.
For the last couple of years, one of my friends tried to get me on the ecig because
it worked great for him. I always said no to it for 2 reasons. 1. I didn’t see it
working for me, seeing I never succeeded in quitting before. And 2. I’ve suffered
from depression and anxiety / panic attacks for 11 years and I was frankly to scared
to try them out because of all the bad press from the government and such. And a
cigarette always helped me to calm down when I got a panic attack too.
Then I started having difficulty breathing when being on my back or when I was out
walking and that got me looking onto all of this.
I started looking on the Web within the vapor community and started to form an idea
for myself about all this. My friend of course picked up on this and asked me to go
with him to work one day (he works at a vape store) and I did. While I was there I
decided that I might as well try it out. So I bought an ego v6 and some 18mg juice.
When I walked out the store I was still skeptic but I thought to myself… Let’s see
how many hours I can go before my next smoke! Well… That’s 2 months ago now. I was
smoke free the minute I fired up that ecig! And I couldn’t be happier.
After a couple of weeks I could sleep on my back again and walk without being out of
breath. And I started to enjoy the taste of food again (maybe too much! I’m sure you
know about that :-P) and biggest of all (at least for me) my anxiety attacks and
depression periods is significant less frequent !! It’s amazing!
So now, this is actually starting to be a hobby for me, and all your videos got me
trying out different stuff.
I bought a Cube after watching your reviews and have also required myself a vamo.
And recently i started on cartos! Vaping just keeps getting better and better.
Also, I got my 3 brothers and my mom on the vapor as well and even bought them a
vamo too š
If it wasn’t for your contributions (as well as grimm grenes) i probably still would
be with a ce4 type of Clearo not getting the best vape I could š (and spitting
juice everywhere).

Just wanted to congratulate you for all of you posts on You Tube and your very informative website. Itās your professional delivery, ādown to earthā style, honest opinions and your comments on also being on a vaping journey, that really make your Tubes the most interesting out there. As a smoker since 17 and smoking a pack a day for the last twenty years (a āpackā in Australia is 30 cigarettes), I was recently diagnosed with severe arterial disease in my legs (attributed to smoking) and told by my surgeon to either quit, or expect a life expectancy of 8-10 years. Have tried every single anti-smoking aid out there and failed miserably ā¦ simple reason, I love smoking, smoking has been so much of my life. Then I stumbled upon your site and started vaping a month ago. Still a ānewbieā, but this has completely changed my life ā¦ havenāt smoked a single cigarette since and quite frankly have never felt the need or desire to. This is truly such a wonderful technology ā¦ I just wish our Government would stop āsitting on the fenceā and promote this for exactly what is ā¦ a safe and great alternative. So awesome work Phil and appreciated you take the time to do this valuable service for everyone out there. Thanks Marek
