NEW IN THE QUEUE – 2/03/15 – THE SMOK VCT A1 “VAPOR CHASER” TANK
SMOK joins Aspire, Kanger, Joyetech, and God knows who else in the sub-ohm clearomizer game, I think Anyvape has one too.
They are going to have 4 different heads for this one…
- A1 Core – Single vertical coil with adjustable liquid flow – .5 Ohm & 1.2 Ohm
- X1 Core – Single horizontal coil – .5 Ohm & 1.2 Ohm
- X2 Core – Dual horizontal coil – unknown resistance
- RBA Core – Rebuildable atomizer section
Well that about covers everyone’s designs. 🙂
Pre-builts are using organic cotton.
Wonder who’s next? Come on Innokin, you know you want to play too!
CLOUPOR RELEASES AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING THE CLOUPOR MINI
From Cloupor:
To Cloupor mini owners:
We are so sorry to bring some customers any trouble during last few days .
To satisfy the huge market , we worked hard for the large production .
And we actually didn’t control the whole quality system very well at that time.About 0.1%-0.2% Cloupor mini may have overheat or short circuit or some other different defective problems. This may cause the circuit board melted down, but it will never reach to a ignition point to make other things burn , let alone catch fire.
If yours with the above kind of problem ,be free to email us user@cloupor.com
For the customers do not have any problem until now but worry about if yours with the potential overheat problem, here is a simple identify way:
Connect a atomizer and press the fire button 15s at 30W(just one time) , if doesn’t show “Too hot”, that’s a good unit.
We’v found the source of the problem and changed the firmware .For the new batch we shipped from last week,
no this overheat issues.Tough time may happen to any companies , we believe a positive attitude will make all things better .
Thanks so much for your support ! And welcome any suggestion!
The official statement can be found HERE.

Hi Phil,
I had been vaping for almost 4 years, I had been coming from 3-4 pack a day smoker
before starting vaping. Only recently, I started to use rebuildable tanks and all I
can say your youtube video is a tremendous help for me to boost my learning curve on
how to rebuild my tanks, what is the best wick to use. I have a Taifun GT 2 for a
couple of months and can,t seem to get it to perform to my satisfaction. Opening the
juice flow to eliminate burn taste, I ended up with juice leaking out of the air
holes and vice versa. I hope that you will review and do a tutorial on the Taifun GT
2 soon. Thank you for taking your time to educate vapers and really minimize the
guess work out of vapers who want to advance to rebuildable and VV or VW mods.

Mr. Busardo,
My name is Nathan Ogg. I have been a Vaper since late 2010 and a loyal fan of yours since you started uploading videos. I attribute my continued effort and the fact that I am still Vaping instead of smoking to you and your inspirational videos. Almost every time I struggled with a device, I would look up one of your videos and would see you struggling with the same problems which strengthened my view of camaraderie that makes this community so special. I have always appreciated your no bullshit brutally honest reviews and your prevailing sense of safety for not just yourself, but for your viewers and the community. You have a unique gift and an unrivaled passion for Vaping and the community.
Keep up the good work
Much Love Mr. Busardo,
Nathan
TAKE A LOOK! THE CERAMIC KIT FROM EC SUPPLY
THE CERAMIC KIT FROM EC SUPPLY
This one flew all the way to China with Alex so he could hand it to me, so the kit, although brand new, has a lot of miles on it! 🙂
It’s a collection of wrapping rods that comes in a nice carrying case with a pair of ceramic tweezers as well.
So how are these different from your drill bits? The rods are made of a non-conductive ceramic material that allow you to fire your coils while still on the rods without shorting out. Each rod contains a red silicon grip so you can hold it without burning your hand.
They are ceramic, but a lot tougher than I thought as I tried to snap the small one by applying some force. These are much tougher than the old ceramic wicks you may be used to.
Regarding the pics below… yeah yeah, I know it’s a crappy looking coil. It’s for display purposes only. 🙂

FROM CASAA – PLEASE ACT!!
From CASAA…
You may remember back in December, we issued a Call to Action to urge lawmakers to change the grandfather date in the Tobacco Control Act so that all of the life saving vapor products currently on the market can stay on the market. We’ve had over 4000 members take action, but we need thousands more. This is still an active Call to Action! If you have already participated, please forward this to a friend.
Please take two minutes to send emails to your federal lawmakers – Take Action
For Current Calls to Action in Your State: http://blog.casaa.org/p/calls-to-action-by-state.html
