A VERY POWERFUL testimony courtesy of Supervisor Kristin Gaspar. Her arguments not only make sense for San Diego, but in EVERY state considering or implementing vaping bans.

𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗚𝗢 𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 — Supervisor Kristin Gaspar presented very balanced and logical arguments, as well as a good understanding that legal adult EVP E-liquid Vape Products and ethical retailer vape shops are not at the root of the ‘vape illness’ problem caused by illegal street products, and that the retailers should not be the victims of bad legislation. A lot can be done to improve the industry, and (as Supervisor Gaspar pointed out) parents also need to take some responsibility in discussing and teaching their kids that they should not be vaping.

Everyone knows what the problem is at this point INCLUDING the FDA and CDC. Can someone please let Cuomo know? Oh wait… he’s too busy protecting his Big Tobacco & Big Pharma interests and revenues. What was I thinking and “So What”?!?!
