THE DP SHOW POSTPONED UNTIL TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY AT 9PM EST – #BLACKOUTTUESDAY
We will be supporting the #BlackOutTuesday movement and have rescheduled our show to tomorrow night, Wednesday 9PM EST.
From Pierre
So one year ago today I walked into my local vape shop with the intention to quit smoking. The Aegis mini was my first kit. Me not knowing better sub ohm was not the style I was looking for. Shortly after that I picked up the aspire nautilus which really let me know that this could work for me definitely after i figured out I’m a fruit guy. Then looking to save as much as possible i googled best mtl rta(now that i knew what that was) it led me to the ares. S/O to Phil and Dimi now I did dual use for 6 mos be 4 i quit the stinkies (going on 7 months cig free soon). However long it took does not matter, what matters is you stick to it and remember why you started vaping in the first place and you can make it too, finding your flavor helps this tenfold why would you want a nasty cig when you could have blue raspberry lemonade sorry for babbling on just wanted to get this out in case it might help someone else sorry for the grammar also

VAPING NEWS: HEALTH CANADA [Anti-Vaping Funding]
“To mark World No Tobacco Day, the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Health, announced nearly $4.8 million in funding for organizations across Canada to develop programs and services that will help stop tobacco use among Canadians, and reduce youth vaping. The prevalence of vaping among students has doubled since 2016-2017. In fact, 20% of students had vaped within thirty days of being surveyed.”
BILL TARLING – NOTE: Health Canada continues to use its deceptively misleading claims of “protecting youth” by still using figures (from 3-4 years ago via a poorly worded survey) which aren’t even representative of true figures — if a teen even took one puff from an e-cig, Health Canada considers them a vaper. In truth, the actual figures are less than 1%

VAPING NEWS: MASSACHUSETTS [Flavor Ban In Effect Monday]
“A statewide ban on the sale of flavored tobacco products, including menthol cigarettes, is set to take effect on Monday. Massachusetts became the first state to approve such a ban when Republican Gov. Charlie Baker signed the bill in November. The law applies to the sale of all flavored tobacco products in Massachusetts retail stores and online. The new law specifically restricts the sale of the products to licensed smoking bars such as cigar bars and hookah lounges, where they’ll only be allowed to be consumed on-site. The restriction extends to menthol cigarettes and flavored e-cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco and chewing tobacco.”

VAPING NEWS: IOWA ATTORNEY GENERAL [International Experts Warn Of WHO Blocking Harm Reduction]
“For World No Tobacco Day 2020, an international group of independent experts with no conflicting links to the tobacco or vaping industry has sharply criticized the World Health Organization for its backward-looking approach to innovation and new technology, such as vaping products. Experts say they are exasperated by the WHO’s dogmatic hostility towards new technology and fear the U.N. health agency will squander the opportunity to avoid millions of premature deaths that will be caused by smoking.”

VAPING NEWS: BETHLEHEM, CALIFORNIA [Eliminating Vape Shops]
“A proposal to put in place new regulations on tobacco sales in the town of Bethlehem has revealed a great divide between residents and the owners of local gas stations and convenience stores. The split became clear during a public hearing held Wednesday night by the Bethlehem Town Board on a proposed new law that would create a licensing system for the sale of tobacco products in town and eventually reduce the number of tobacco retailers from 15 to 7 locations over time. The law also would prohibit the sale of so-called vape products. After studying the issue, the town board has since expanded the idea to not only regulating vape shops but to also require tobacco retailers to obtain a license from the town that would pay for regulation, inspections and training. The license system would also have a “cap and winnow” mechanism that would cap the current number of tobacco retailers in town and force new license applicants to wait for two retailers to give up their licenses before being able to get their own. Since then, the only vape shop in town that was within 1,000 feet of a school has closed, leaving only one vape shop in Glenmont. The state has already banned the sale of flavored vaping products.”
