Rheal purchased Boges from VaporUS and they had NO condoms!!??

Ambrose wrote to Boge concerning recent quality. This is what he heard back. Thanks for allowing me to post this Ambrose!!

Dear Sirs,

Thank you very much for your concerns about the quality of our cartomizers. We did note that there are some negative comments on our products recently. We find that most of the conplained cartos are blank, without e-liquid inside. This may be one of the reasons as we’ve seldom received complaints on prefilled ones. Our engineers have had detailed study on this issue and the following is our feedback:

1) Boge has never changed any material for the cartomizer, no matter blank or prefilled ones. Some people think that the fiber filler has changed, but actually there is no change at all. The only change is the condom. But this only happend to several batches in early April, when the original supplier of condom was out of stock so we have to use condom from another supplier, which was a little bit loose and shorter. However, there wasn’t any change at all to any material of the cartos. One or two weeks later we used the original condom again and everything remained the same as before.

2) We think the way of filling e-liquid into the cartos is very important. For prefilled cartos, we use an injector to fill e-liquid deep inside the cartos. The e-liquid is distributed evenly in three different places. In this case we can make sure that the heating coil is fully infiltrated before the users inhale. This is why there are very few complaints on our prefilled cartos. For blank ones, we are not able to control the users’ way of filling. An user can get the burnt taste easily if the heating coil is not fully infiltrated.

3) VG e-liquid is more thick than PG. So it takes more time (maybe 5-10 minutes) for VG e-liquid to go through the fiber filler and reach the heating coil.

4) Some users put our blank cartos into clear tank (like the so called DCT or F16) and find that it dosen’t work well. This is quite understandable as our cartos is not designed to be used in the clear tank.

5) There may also exist the possibility that the fiber filler is wrapped too tightly. But we think this only happens to a very small proportion of products made by new or unskilled workers.

No matter what the reasons are, we’ve taken this issue seriously. We’ll continue to enhance the 100% inspection system before shipment. On the other hand we are collecting feedback from our customers. Is it possible for your to send us several defective cartos for our investigation? We’ll bear the postage for these samples. We trust that we’ll continued to provide all Boge fans with perfect cartos whose quality is as good as before.

Comment: Phil, Just wanted to thank you for all the enthusiastic reviews you have
taken the time to produce. I quit smoking a little over a year ago, and started
vaping. I am an RN, and witness daily the ill effects of tobacco on my patients.
After attempting to quit smoking several times and returning to cigarettes each
time, I was very excited when I found a good ecig. I knew I would never have to
smoke again. I became so enthusiastic, that I started building box mods with
supplies purchased from Madvapes, and giving them to my friends who continued to
smoke. Only one or two of the friends I helped continue to vape, strange. I think
though as my shout from the rooftops enthusiasm wanes I am beginning to realize that
the best example set is my continued abstinence from analog cigs. Currently when
friends, relatives, strangers ask me about vaping I send them to your website. you
do a great job of educating new vapers by keeping it simple, and directing them to
products which work, are affordable, and are true alternatives to analogs. I live
in middle Georgia, and things here are much simpler than other parts of the country.
although to this point electronic cigs have not gained major acceptance, I can see
them popping up here and there, and I think it is just a matter of time. Anyway, I
know you are a busy man, but I just wanted to take the time to thank you personally
for changing lives. I know this started as a hobby for you, but you my friend are
saving lives! Keep up the good work.

Just felt compelled to give you a shout out to say thanks for all you do for our
community. Because of you I found myself liking different vaping products that I did
not think we’re for me. I watched all your vids on YouTube and found you to be the
honest and funniest person I have virtually met lol. I am glad you are a
spokesperson for our vaping world and hope you keep the videos coming.

I just had to write you to say your reviews are the most detailed, informative,
intelligent and entertaining I have ever seen in the world of e-cigs. I only became
aware of Taste your Juice about ten days ago and become obsessed by it. By way od
introduction I am a former two pack a day 50 year smoker who gave up smoking and
started vaping on 8-9-2009. I too had a long progression of various devices finally
settling on the Reo bottom feeder using a 306 atomizer. Recently I have been
experimenting with Carlos and have become interested in the Tanks and VV Mods
associated with them. Taste Your Juice and Phil Busardo have given me a wealth on
information and I thank you very much.
