I just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you for all the work you have done… and that you continue to do. I am relatively new to the vaping community and will admit that a lot of information is out there… and the more I’ve tried to research, the more confused and uncertain I have become… until I found a review you had posted by accident. From that point, I have continued to visit your site and watch your videos. You have such an approachable personality that takes a lot of the anxiety out of shopping for new products. From your reviews, I have found what currently works for me… and have dropped the pack a day habit that has haunted me for the past 10 years and am now (and have been for over a month) analog free. I have even forwarded some of the videos to my mother (a religious 2 pack a day smoker for 40+ years) who has now been able to cut down to only a few puffs a day. I truly hope this is the road to an analog free world… and I will continue to forward friends and family your way! I know that you have to be busy and this message is trending long… so I’ll end with saying once again; Thank You!

Thank to you i just stopped smoking cigarettes and started vaping! i went and got me a iTaste SVD with 2 iClear 30s tanks and some e-juice.. i gotta say that im enjoying smoking vaport way more than cigarettes..
please keep making videos and teaching us new people how to get vaping and quit spending so much money in cigarettes.
You honest reviews of products and advice really made me take the step to a more healthy way of enjoying this hobbie..Thank you again my good sir!

Announcing the Launch of the E-Research Foundation
Lou Ritter, president of AEMSA, has announced the creation of the E-Research Foundation:
The E-Research Foundation (ERF) is a non-profit foundation designed to be a collective funding portal. As such, ERF will provide financial assistance to researchers seeking to advance independent peer-reviewed and published scientific research focused on electronic vapor products (electronic cigarettes) and their use. ERF is seeking 501(c)(3) status.
Global concerns over the safety of e-vapor products, including e-liquids, mandates a clear need to further advance scientific data to satisfy potential regulatory requirements. Continuing to identify and evaluate any health implications will remain important to ongoing consumer education as well. ERF’s mission is to foster independent research focused on understanding the potential health benefits, and potential consequences, related to these products. As a non-profit foundation seeking 501(c)(3) status, the ERF operates in accordance with all rules and regulations applicable to 501(c)(3) organizations and will not participate in inappropriate advocacy (e.g., lobbying) efforts.
Unlike other industries, which have the financial ability to fund their own research, most Electronic Vapor Products (EVPs) industry stakeholders are smaller entrepreneurial vendors and manufacturers. Smaller businesses do not have the ability to individually fund independent scientific research; thus, in the spirit of a professionally guided crowd-funding equivalent tool, ERF was formed to help raise the necessary funds.
The ERF Board of Directors assembled recognized leaders from all categories of the e-vapor products market place, including consumer advocates, to participate on the Grant Committee. The committee members include leading representatives from: e-vapor device manufacturing, e-liquid manufacturing, non-manufacturing vendors, leading advocacy association senior executives, knowledgeable consumers, the leading international vapor forum, and public policy.
Independent researchers, seeking funding for their e-vapor product studies, will be able to request grants from the ERF. The ERF Grant Committee will determine which research endeavors receive funding.All potential grant recipients, as a prerequisite to receiving ERF funds, must commit to submitting their research for peer-reviewed publication. This requirement ensures all ERF-funded research will receive transparent scrutiny by the professional medical and scientific communities. In its capacity as a funding portal, ERF will not be involved in the design of study protocols or the performance of the research itself. From time to time, ERF may initiate Requests for Proposals on specific research topics of interest.
The ERF website provides an extensive list of existing peer-reviewed and published studies as well as a wide variety of video presentations by globally recognized experts speaking at leading industry conferences.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s proposed “Deeming Regulation,” which seeks to regulate nicotine-containing e-vapor products as tobacco products, is already being considered by the Agency and could be finalized in the next 1-2 years. Research to understand the public health impact of these products, to help industry stakeholders prepare premarket authorization applications, and to provide consumers with information to make informed decisions is needed immediately.
The ERF is in the process for filing for recognition as an Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The E-Research Foundation encourages all donors to consult their tax advisors regarding the making of donations to the foundation pending recognition of its IRC Section 501(c)(3) status. International (non-U.S.) donors should likewise consult their tax advisors about making donations to an organization located in the United States.

I just wanted to say thank you for what you are doing for those people out there trying to learn more and the help you have given me through all your reviews. I had started vaping a while ago using an Ego-C during a period I had quit and I felt that urge come back to me. Well you know how the Ego-C is and it just didn’t do it for me to stay away from the horrid tar sticks. Back in March I had enough. Enough hacking, enough choking, enough of everything related to smoking. I was a pack a day at least and being in the social work field…they would be chained at times. I pulled out that Ego-C again and was determined…but wasn’t cutting it. Went online and bought the Ego-CC to try to kick it up a notch with some better results. Less craving but wasn’t quite there. That’s when I decided to start delving into the world of vaping more because all I knew about was the ego’s. That’s when I found your reviews.
At this point in my vaping path I watch for your videos. In my slow work periods I check a couple times a day for a new video. During those busy periods not so much but I try to check (Missed the vapor shark giveaway by one day…I cried on the inside). I started with the Aerotank Mega after watching your review. Massive massive improvement in any urge to fall off the wagon. Glad I listened to what you had to say. Wasn’t enough. I wanted more. Lets watch more Phil. Lets read more info. Kayfun. Learned to build from your videos. I have had so much success and wealth of knowledge from what you have conveyed to the community that I took it further. I managed to get a friend switched over…got my fiancee off the smokes too. I even got her a kayfun and her cravings went away just as fast once we got her upgraded. Next step is to spread the love and try another poor soul still hooked on cigarettes.
I want more toys of course. If I had the money I would very much end up with the shark and a squape to go along with my nifty kayfun and poor dying VAMO. Until I do, I shall be watching, learning, and passing what info I can along. Keep posting and Thank you. You have made a difference.

AN INTERESTING NEW E-LIQUID LINE…
A rather large player in the Industry, NJOY has a new e-liquid line created by folks already in the game. A very slick move on their part.
It will be extremely interesting to see how this line is received by the community.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Not sure really… but I wonder if having a company like NJOY, getting into the e-liquid flavor and open system game, has the potential to benefit us all in our fight ( or crush competition due to their distribution lines 🙂 ). You decide.
