You may have known this e-mail is coming. I know you are in China right now so I certainly don’t expect a response but I just wanted to send you another thank you. I got my MVP 20w, and my two Nautilus tanks today along with my first Crat Vapery box. You suggestions have opened up a WHOLE NEW WORLD of flavor and vapor to me. I really did not know it could be this GOOD! So Phil, thank you so much for taking the time to help me pick out the right gear to really get me going in this world of vaping. I cannot believe I spent two years vaping off little no name eGo’s.
Your time is greatly appreciated,
A life long fan,
Dave

Hi from bonny Scotland Phil. Just to let you know what a fantastic job you
are doing for vapers all over the world. I am a vaper of some 2 and a half years now
and have learned everything I know from your videos. I started after I was diagnosed
with a stage 2 melanoma which was operated on and thankfully has not spread to
anywhere else yet. I also have Parkinsons disease so don’t get out too much but the
entertainment I get from you and Dimitri is as you would say stellar. I like how you
cater for the majority vaper I vape on an MVP 2 with a Lemo RTA using 1.8 to 2ohm
builds and find the results fantastic. Again I follow your kayfun build method.
Can’t wait for the new Innokin product reviews as I will be sure to move on to one
of them. I will maybe wait for the Evolv MVP version. Love your country by the way
worked in Boston and New Jersey quite a bit and have enjoyed holidays in Florida 4
times now. Anyway enough of my blethering. Keep up the good work and may the vape be
with you.

Hi there and greetings from Port Macquarie, Australia. Thanks for the
effort you have put into this wonderful site, I’m sure it helps new and experienced
vapors alike. I’ve actually seen you on utube before I came across your site, you
helped me work out my evic supreme.
I got into vaping 3 years ago when a doctor visited my local bar, I thought he had a
laser pointer in his hand but then he put it in his mouth and “smoked” it. He gave
me a try and I loved it. Went home that night and orderd a starter kit online, it
arrived a week later and I haven’t had an analog since (well I’ve had the odd puff,
only to find it disgusting). The ecig was V2 with the pre filled cartridges. About a
year after that, I moved onto their Ex series and filled them with juice which was
a better flavor and throat hit as well as half the price. We even had a local
distributer who got stock to us in 48 hours for $10.
Eventually our government banned the sale of ecigs containing nicotine so I was
forced to go back to the American site. This led me to the V2 pro series 3, which I
thought was great. Unfortunately the American site was continually out of stock, but
I found a distributer in Australia who, although unable to supply juice containing
nicotine, had these devices called mods. I’ve purchased several of them and they
leave all V2 batteries for dead.
So now I get all my equipment locally apart from my juice, which I still get from V2
in America. I like their Sarah 24mg, which I mix with the non nicotine flavors
from my Australian distributer.
Well, that’s my story, hope you didn’t fall asleep. You sound like the kind of guy
though, who would be interested in a 100 % success story.
Keep up the great work, and of course, the humor………I love it.
All the best,Dennis

Good evening Phil,
I just wanted to take the time and tell you that I really like your videos and thank you for making them.
I really enjoy vaping but my reasons for vaping are probably very different to most people because I had a bad cycling accident and because of the accident I am now disabled and have an acquired brain injury which makes learning things and most of all remembering things very difficult for me.Before, and after my accident I was a smoker and really enjoyed it because it made me feel like a normal person but because of my brain injury I am very forgetful and easily distracted which led to a few ‘accidents’ with lit cigarettes and also lighters and it became very dangerous for me to continue to smoke.
When I was told I was no longer allowed to smoke I looked for another alternative and found out about electronic cigarettes, so I contacted a lady named Elise, who has an online shop called Vaping Mad, (she makes some truly beautiful juices) who was very kind and helpful and never made me feel stupid or that I couldn’t ask a question and she even made some small videos for me to show me how to fill up the tanks and change the coil heads on my clearomizers.
That was a while ago now and I now have a nice collection of mods and atomizers and love spending time building a coil and and making my own flavoured juices and hearing my carers comment on how yummy they smell and make the house smell.
Last week my Kayfun 4 arrived and I spent the day with you stripping my Kayfun, washing it, rebuilding it and putting the different tanks on it and seeing which tank option I like the look of most of all, and eventually building a coil and vaping it and I had a really fun day and enjoyed your company.
I have a Semovar in my collection which is what used for my Kayfun 4, with the hybrid connection. After an hour or two my Semovar broke and I couldn’t use it which upset me a bit because Keith at Cloud9vaping is on holidays so I wouldn’t be able to send it to England for a while. I never realized how used to and how much I enjoyed variable wattage vaping till I couldn’t use my Semovar.
After watching some videos, including yours, I decided I should buy another variable wattage device and decided to buy a Provari P3, which arrived today, so I spent today with you and my Provari P3 going through all the menus and options and making some notes for myself to help me understand it more.
As I was doing that my carer came in to the room with a cup of coffee for me and I told her how helpful it was being able to watch what you are doing on the video and then doing it myself with my device and being able to pause and rewind your video and listen again in case I missed something and my carer told me I should write to you and tell you because it might make you smile and happy.
I wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and effort and I hope that you realize how much you help people, especially me, by making your videos and I also wanted to let you know that I love the charts too even if I sometimes don’t understand them completely and I really love how you let me know how your family is and show them on some of your videos because it makes me feel like it is more personal and you kind of make me feel like you are inviting me into your family. I hope that doesn’t sound strange and weird because I don’t mean it in a strange and weird way. Sometimes it is hard to write thoughts.
I hope you have a very good New Year’s Day and I look forward to watching your videos next year.
Kenneth
LOT’S-O-BOXES – YOU GET TO PICK WHAT’S NEXT!
Ok, so I’ve been inundated with a plethora (yes, I said plethora) of box mods coming from China. Which do I review first? I want to know what’s most important to you so you get to pick.
At the top of TasteYourJuice there is a poll listing all the box mods that have come in and I’m prepared to review (DNA-40s will need to wait for the DNA-40 review which I’m working on… really… I am).
You may also want to know where the MVP3 is. It’s not yet ready for prime time, but once I have the final market version, it will be there as well.
So find the one you want to see reviewed the most/next and vote for it.
KANGER COTTON – IS IT KOH GEN DOH?
Kanger was nice enough to send us back with some of their cotton being used in the SubTank (new versions coming soon… HINT HINT).
Although I didn’t ask them specifically if they were sourcing it from (it’s Muji), I did take some photos for you. To the untrained eye (mine) it looks and feels like the same stuff which makes me kinda happy.
I have tried it in my builds and it appears to work just as well. No difference in taste either.
For all I know, it’s all coming out of the same cotton factory.
In the photos below, their cotton comes in the smaller sheets. Take a look and decide for yourself.
NEW IN THE QUEUE – 1/11/15 – THE SMOK XPRO M50
This is a handsome box and feels pretty solid, but I believe they totally missed the mark on battery insertion and replacement. You’re going to need to use the included (or your own) allen key to take off the bottom (4 screws) and insert the battery which fits very snugly making it difficult to remove.
Now sure it has a micro USB charge port and you probably won’t have to change the battery often, but believe me, the first time you’re out and about, run out of power, and you or your friend has a spare battery and you don’t want to wait for it to charge, you will be cursing this design.
The “reset” port/button concerns the crap out of me. Why would that be needed? Hmmmm.
She’ll fire up to 50 watts and down to a .2 ohm. Note that I haven’t run the numbers yet.
Shown with a Kayfun V4 and Vapor Shark rDNA for size comparisons.
NEW IN THE QUEUE – 1/11/15 – THE CLOUPOR MINI
New in the queue is the Cloupor Mini. You know what? Although I haven’t run the numbers, I’m impresses with this little f*cker. The buttons feel good. The device feels solid. A magnetic battery cover makes me happy. A spring loaded 510 pin would make it perfect although it is adjustable. Damn!!
Shown with a Kayfun V4 and next to a VaporShark for size comparisons.

PICTURE THIS…
Picture this…
Every competing e-liquid and hardware manufacture in America, sitting together in a single room, with a single goal…
To move vaping forward and to keep vaping alive, the way it is now. The way WE like it. The way WE choose to vape.
That’s just about what I witnessed today as Dimitris and I talked to over 70 electronic cigarette manufactures in Schenzhen China, united under the single flag of SEVIA. What is SEVIA?
The Shenzhen Electronic Vaporizer Industry Association (SEVIA) is committed to promoting Quality, Research & Development and Technological evolution of the Advanced Personal Vaporizer and electronic cigarette industry in Shenzhen and around the world.
You can read more about SEVIA here.
I would so very much like to see the companies in America use this model. It’s ok to compete, it’s ok to disagree, but we are far stronger together and united than apart.
As you know, I’m not the advocacy or political expert. I leave that to my Greek pal, but from my perspective, it was pretty damn cool seeing companies like Innokin, Kanger, and Aspire sitting right next to each other.
From Dimitris:
We had a very successful conference today in Shenzhen China. The Shenzhen Electronic Vaporizer Industry Association lead by Innokin, Kanger and Aspire gathered over 70 manufacturers of ecigs and were presented the current status of the industry and the challenges we face both in the US and EU. We also had a 2 hour Q and A session. Both me and Phil Busardo were proud to part of it and doing our small part but it was also rewarding and refreshing seeing the manufacturers organize and willing to assist in the uphill battles we will face as an industry globally. It is a great start and I look forward for the effort being international soon. United we can accomplish great things. It’s time to be pro active and aggressively move forward.
THE INNOKIN MVP 3 FIRST LOOK
We got to see, hold, and vape the new Innokin MVP 3. This may not be the final market version, but it is the version we were shown.
It’s a 30 watt device able to fire down to a .4 ohm load, a large capacity 3800 mAh battery is contained inside, and it can still charge your electronic devices with it’s integrated USB charge cable.
