NEW IN THE QUEUE – THE VAPOR FLASK BY VAPORSHARK – 8/20/15
I recently received the new Vapor Flask, this time by VaporShark.
I’m really digging it. I like the new rubberized finish better than the original. I seem to have better control of it in my hand. I like the larger DNA-40 screen (so far, no glitches). I also like the new battery caps which have a “flip up handle” removing the need for a coin to replace the batteries (although they are somewhat sharp)
What I really, really, really, and BTW REALLY don’t like is the fact that I can find no battery orientation information on either the device or the included documentation. Maybe I haven’t looked hard enough? Although the DNA-40 now has reverse battery protection, the device itself does not. So as an experiment, I installed the batteries the wrong way. This resulted in heat, smoke, and damn near vented batteries. Not good. IMHO this need to come with a rather large, in your face warning about correct battery installation which is positive side up into the device for both batteries. The good news is the board and device survived.

- nearly half the population (44.8%) don’t realize e-cigarettes are much less harmful than smoking
- there is no evidence so far that e-cigarettes are acting as a route into smoking for children or non-smokers
E-cigarettes are not completely risk free but when compared to smoking, evidence shows they carry just a fraction of the harm. The problem is people increasingly think they are at least as harmful and this may be keeping millions of smokers from quitting. Local stop smoking services should look to support e-cigarette users in their journey to quitting completely.

Hi Phil Just wanted to say how much i enjoy your Video’s,Review’s on YouTube.
I’ve gotten loads of information from them.
I’m 48 and stopped smoking 6 weeks ago along with my wife after 34 years of smoking
and was very surprised how quickly i lost the craving.
I use to roll my own and was smoking about 100 grams of tobacco a week so about 70
or 80 cigarette’s a day anyway just wanted to say what a great job you are doing and
