With the defeat of the Cole-Bishop Amendment which promised to save the vaping industry and a reinvigorated attack by non-profit public health groups, the future of vaping in the U.S. is in serious doubt.
In this special edition of RegWatch we interview Hammel in her home state of Texas where she is fighting to save the industry. Hammel sits at the nexus of advocacy in America serving with both the Smoke-Free Alternatives Trade Association (SFATA) and American E-Liquid Manufacturing Standards Association (AEMSA), as well as providing counsel to other advocacy groups across the country.
