Thank you very much for getting in touch with Innokin regarding the FDA ,TPD2 vaporizer/ecig regulations.
FDA regulations have classified ecigs as a tobacco product and are designed to ensure that only a select number of the top electronic e-cigarette manufacturers and brands will continue be available in the United States of America after 2018.

It is true that these regulations are very challenging to the industry and Innokin is working closely with legal representation and industry experts to ensure that we are kept fully up to date and aware of the situation.

Innokin actively supports and funds the efforts of SEVIA-USA and VTA etc. in order to have up to date regulatory information and to engage in constructive dialogue with decision makers. Innokin also continues to support important groups like CASAA who are doing a great job spreading consumer awareness and vaping advocacy. We will continue to fight for Vapers’ Rights and develop products that Vapers count on and truly enjoy.

Over the following 90 days Innokin will continue to focus on building top quality vaporizers and tanks and we will be introducing a range of great new vaporizers and tanks from now until August 2016.

From August 2016 our top selling products like the Endura T18, CoolFire4 TC100/Plus/18650, iSub Line, and a range of great new Innokin products, will continue to be available and supported from all of your favorite American vape shops.

The FDA regulations are a huge challenge to the development of vaping and we have been preparing for this over the past three years. We have analyzed the regulations, are keeping up to date with important news and we are speaking with our legal teams in preparation for the coming months and years.

In Europe Innokin is working with Nerudia on TPD compliance for the Endura T18E . The testing has been completed and we are ready for application.

Besides being tested by Nerudia, the aerosol emissions of the Endura T18 & T18E have been independently tested at a top laboratory in the U.S. for key toxins and a wide range of metals. The T18 & T18E tanks were tested with rigorous testing methods and performed exceptionally well with very low toxin and heavy metal results in all tests.
