BILL TARLING –– So the Oregon Gov’t intent is to con the public into voting support for penalizing the most successful product used in creating ex-smokers with an additional tax in order to supposedly use that cash grab revenue towards getting people to stop smoking [which is what the vape products were already accomplishing]
