Dr. Khan is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine (1992). He completed his certification in Family Medicine in 1994. Dr. Khan has been actively involved in pain and symptom management for cancer patient since 1994. Dr. Khan also gained valuable experience in addiction medicine and addiction research at the Addiction Research Foundation (now CAMH) where he worked as a medical consultant from 1994 to 1996. In 2006, Dr. Khan co-founded Medicor Cancer Centres, the first integrated private cancer clinic of its kind in Canada. Since 2007, he has gained international recognition for his work with non-toxic off-label drugs in cancer treatment. In 2015 Dr. Khan developed a unique and powerful cancer prevention strategy with high quality safety tested electronic cigarettes at the core of the program. Dr. Khan has published in several peer-reviewed medical journals, and has regularly been invited to present lectures in Canada and USA for the last 18 years.
